Preorder & Pickup

How to Order:

- All orders must be placed through our website.
- Our current preorder menu is updated weekly and can be found on our website in the shop tab. It is also pinned to the top of our Facebook page for easy viewing.

Order Window:
- Mondays: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Orders placed after 8:00 PM on Monday will be scheduled for the following week's production.

Production:
- All cookies are baked fresh throughout the week.

Local Pickup:
- Fridays: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Payment Policy:
- Full payment is required at the time your order is placed.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
- No orders will be made or held without payment.

Local Pickup Policy:
- If you are a local customer, please select Pickup at checkout to avoid shipping charges.
- Orders must be picked up on Friday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
- Orders not picked up during the scheduled pickup window will be forfeited. Because every order is baked fresh specifically for you, we are unable to hold orders or issue refunds for missed pickups.

Shipping Orders:
- We proudly ship our gourmet gluten-free cookies nationwide. Simply select Shipping at checkout, and we'll prepare your order according to our weekly production schedule.

Product Information:
- All cookies are handcrafted and weigh approximately 4–5 oz each. Weight may vary slightly depending on the toppings and fillings used.
- Because each cookie is made by hand, the appearance may vary slightly from the photographs shown. We may occasionally adjust the topping style while keeping the same delicious flavor and overall design.
